Absolutely everything about Ham was perfect for us - a not-too-glitzy venue which was chic, elegant and at the same time warm, welcoming and relaxed. Emma and her team were unfailingly professional throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. From our first meeting with her, we knew everything would go swimmingly, with her in charge. And it really did! The attention to detail was superb, without being fussy, and we've had some really lovely comments from our guest on how beautiful the venue looked, how great the service was, and how good the food was. We were married in February when everything could have been rather dark and dreary, but decorated with fairy lights, tea lights, lanterns and tall branches in vases, the Clubhouse just looked magical. I can't recommend Ham highly enough. It made an already wonderful day utterly perfect.

Matt and I held our wedding reception at Ham Polo Club in August 2006. I simply cannot fault the quality of the venue, including the amazing management provided by Emma, the stunning food mentioned in all our thank you letters from guests and the specialness of the venue, has to be seen to appreciated, but you couldnt ask for more!

Emma and her team made our wedding day memorable for all the right reasons. She was easy to work with, professional and her team on the day were outstanding. Everyone who came to the wedding commented on how great the venue was, how wonderful and romantic the service was and how much they enjoyed our hospitality courtesy of Hunt Kendall. On behalf of Childline I wanted to write to thank you personally for the part you played in creating a wonderful evening on Friday 9th June. I would very grateful if you would also thank all your staff for their hard work, especially Emma who I understand worked tirelessly to ensure that the programme ran smoothly. Childline at Sundown worked brilliantly as an evening event. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and although we do not have a final figure for the event yet, we estimate that we raised around ?, 000 on the night. That is a fantastic result for Childline and the highest sum we have raised through this event. Once again, many thanks for your support, I very much look forward to next years event.
