Hire fees for Ham Polo Club cover the use of the Club House, Garden and the Club House Marquee. Also included are one hundred natural wooden banqueting chairs, ten 5 foot or 6 foot round tables, 24 wicker chairs, two wicker sofas and three indian coffee tables.
During peak months
(May to September inclusive and December) hire fees are:
Saturday nights £ 2,700, Friday nights £ 2,500
Mondays to Thursday by negotiation.
Matches are played every Sunday throughout the Peak season and the Club house is thus unavailable for hire on Sundays in this period (apart from the last Sunday in July).
On Tuesday and Thursday evenings chukkas are played at the Club and thus hire is on a non-exclusive basis. A separate bar can be made available for the few Club members participating in chukkas.
During Off Peak months
(January to April and October and November) hire fees are:
Saturday nights £ 2,500, Friday nights £ 2,200
Sunday to Thursday by negotiation.
All fees are subject to VAT.
